Mississippi State picks up commitment from in-state 2020 cornerback

The Mississippi State Bulldogs have been making some nice additions to their 2020 recruiting class lately, and that trend continued on Saturday evening.

That’s because coach Joe Moorhead and company landed a commitment from an in-state 2020 cornerback who carries a 3-star ranking.

As you can see below, Olive Branch native Cameron Threatt announced via Twitter that he was committing to the Mississippi State program:

Per the 247Sports composite, Threatt is the No. 59 cornerback in the class of 2020 and the No. 20 overall recruit from the state of Mississippi.

The Bulldogs now have 14 players in their 2020 recruiting class, which currently ranks No. 13 in the country and No. 5 in the SEC, per 247Sports.
