Mississippi State picks up commitment No. 19 from Alabama OT Brevyn Jones

On Tuesday, Mississippi State extended a scholarship offer to Huffman (Birmingham, Ala.) OT Brevyn Jones. On Wednesday, he became the Bulldogs’ newest pledge.
A 3-star recruit, Jones is currently listed at 6-4, 261 pounds. Mississippi State was his first SEC offer. He currently holds 18 total offers, including App State, Tulane and Florida Atlantic. On the 247Sports Composite, Jones is rated the No. 81 recruit in the state of Alabama and No. 195 offensive tackle in the 2019 class.
With Jones on board, Mississippi State’s class of 19 commitments ranks No. 19 nationally and No. 10 in the SEC.
Jones shared his big announcement via his Twitter account Wednesday.
