Missouri lands commitment from 4-star IMG receiver Shamar Nash

Missouri just started its 2019 recruiting class with a bang.

Thursday morning, IMG Academy four-star receiver Shamar Nash announced he has decided to commit to the Tigers. Nash, who is from West Tennessee, picked Mizzou over offers from Tennessee, Arkansas, Auburn, Florida, Ole Miss, and South Carolina. Nash is Missouri’s first 2019 commitment.

The 6-foot-2, 190-pound prospect is rated as a four-star prospect by 247Sports Composite Rankings. He is currently listed as the nation’s No. 34 receiver and the No. 203 recruit in the nation. If he sticks with his pledge to the Tigers, he would be Barry Odom’s all-time highest-rated signee in Columbia.
