Missouri’s offense had plenty of explosive passing plays last season, but starting quarterback Drew Lock was often the one making them happen.

During Saturday’s Black & Gold Game, the Tigers found out that they’ve got more than one player who can sling the ball down the field. In the first half, backup quarterback Jack Lowary hit receiver Emanuel Hall on two nearly-identical deep touchdown passes.

Both touchdown passes covered 40-plus yards and were dropped in just the right spot for Hall to make a play in tight coverage. Lowary, a redshirt sophomore, has a year of eligibility separating he and Lock.
