Ahead of a noon kickoff against Alabama, Kentucky athletics director Mitch Barnhart announced a change in tailgate plans.

With the early kickoff time, the Kroger Field parking lots will open bright and early at 7 a.m. ET for fans looking to get in as much tailgating as possible before the big game. The 7 a.m. opening is one hour earlier than the typical opening time.

Kentucky also opened its parking lots early before the Florida game, which had a noon kickoff.

Fans will certainly be filling Kroger Field on Saturday as Kentucky looks for a huge upset against Alabama. The Wildcats are coming off a dominant game against Mississippi State and looking to keep the momentum rolling into this one.

Kentucky has had a decent 6-3 season, but the Wildcats are still searching for a signature win, and topping Alabama would certainly be a signature win.

But Alabama is coming off a huge win over LSU on Saturday and is looking to pick up another win as the Tide try and squeeze their way into the CFP.
