Missouri was quite active in the transfer portal on Friday. The Tigers added a transfer receiver from the Big Ten in the morning, as well as running back Va’aimalae Fonoti from FCS Montana.
But the skill position guys can’t do much without blocking, and Mizzou coach Eli Drinkwitz took care of that Friday morning as well. Former Charleston Southern tackle Colin Sorensen announced on social media that he has signed with the program.
The 6-foot-4, 280-pound Sorensen was an honorable mention all-conference selection in 2025. He started 12 games for the Buccaneers, all of them at left tackle.
According to PFF, Sorensen played 701 offensive snaps in 2025 and finished the year with a 64.3 offensive grade. In 359 snaps in pass protection, Sorensen allowed 23 quarterback pressures, including 6 sacks.
Sorensen also started 10 times as a true freshman in 2024. He allowed 9 pressures in 167 pass-pro snaps.
He will join the Tigers with 2 seasons of eligibility remaining.
Mizzou is now up to 23 known transfer commitments during the winter window. He is also the third transfer added to the offensive line, alongside Will Kemna (Kansas State), Luke Work (Mississippi State), and Josh Atkins (Arizona State).
