Several college basketball teams have had to battle early-season schedule changes due to COVID-19 issues in the last couple of weeks, and it appears Missouri is the latest program to deal with it.
According to KMIZ in Missouri, the Tigers will not travel to Connecticut to participate in a tournament at the Mohegan Sun arena. This is reportedly due to several unknowns, including issues with other teams.
Cuonzo Martin’s team will look to add opponents next week, although as of right now the Tigers’ next matchup is a scheduled December 6 date with Wichita State.
Missouri is 1-0 after a 91-64 defeat of Oral Roberts on Wednesday.
