Staff changes will continue at Mizzou. Eli Drinkwitz will need a new cornerbacks coach, as Aaron Fletcher is out, reportedly heading to Arizona State.
A #Mizzou spokesperson has confirmed with me that cornerbacks coach Aaron Fletcher has resigned. They could not confirm where his next destination is.
Reports are saying he is headed to Arizona State.

Fletcher arrived at MU in February 2021 after 6 seasons at Tulsa. Fletcher’s departure leaves Drinkwitz with 2 open spots on his defensive staff in the secondary. Last week, Charlie Harbison stepped down from his position as on-field safeties coach to give himself “more flexibility in handling personal family matters in North Carolina,” Drinkwitz announced. Harbison will remain with MU in a different role.
Drinkwitz has been busy this offseason with staff changes. We’ll see what direction he goes in the secondary ahead of the Tigers’ spring practice.
