Mizzou is hard at work during its spring practice season, drawing closer to its March 18 spring scrimmage at Faurot Field.
The Tigers have a number of key players returning to the gridiron in 2023, and some of them will be sporting new jersey numbers this fall.
Per Dave Matter of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, 5 Mizzou players, including 2022 leading rusher Cody Schrader, will be sporting new numbers in 2023:

The Tigers open the 2023 season on Saturday, Sept. 2, at home against the South Dakota Coyotes.
