One of the best JUCO players in the nation has decided that South Carolina will be his next destination.
Cornerback Jamarcus King signed on with the Gamecocks on Wednesday morning in a move that is likely to pay dividends for new South Carolina coach Will Muschamp as he tries to rebuild a defense that ranked near the bottom of the league in 2015:

King, who measures in at 6-1 and 180 pounds, was previously interested in playing for Arkansas.
It has been a busy 48 hours for Muschamp, who has received a couple of commitments for the 2016 class in addition to the King signing.
