In a sense, LSU quarterback Myles Brennan is one of the lucky ones.
It sounds like he can eat whatever he wants and still not gain excess weight. While that may seem like a gift to most, the sophomore signal caller is trying to bulk up this offseason in anticipation for a potential starting role for the Tigers football team this fall.
According to Brennan, who met with the media Tuesday afternoon, he’s currently eating between six to seven meals a day right now. Included in that is a 1,300 calorie breakfast every day. Considering all that intake, it’s a wonder Brennan isn’t overweight, however, the young QB admits he’s still trying to add on pounds before the season arrives.
