Nation’s No. 4 player, LB Sav’ell Smalls, includes 2 from SEC among his top teams

The nation’s No. 4 player has trimmed his top teams to a final 12.

Five-star OLB Sav’ell Smalls (Seattle, Washington) included Alabama and Florida among his top teams. The other 10 are all big-time programs, including in-state schools Washington and Washington State. The 6-foot-3, 230-pound athlete is ranked as the nation’s No. 1 OLB and the state of Washington’s No. 1 overall prospect, according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.

Smalls has unofficially visited both Alabama and Florida, including going to a Crimson Tide camp in 2017.
