Moses Moody has just become the first one-and-done in the history of the Arkansas basketball program.

The outstanding Razorback freshman from Little Rock has just announced he has made the decision to declare for the 2021 NBA Draft and will hire an agent, ending any chance that he will return for another season of college basketball.

It’s safe to assume this was an easy decision for Moody as he was named SEC Freshman of the Year and SEC Newcomer of the Year in addition to garnering some All-American praise in his only season on The Hill.

Moody averaged 16.8 points, 5.8 rebounds, 1.6 assists and a steal per game after starting all 32 of his appearances for the Razorbacks. He projects as a top prospect in the upcoming NBA Draft.

Following Moody’s decision, head coach Eric Musselman congratulated the freshman on his outstanding season as he takes his game to the highest level.
