Former Alabama DL Dalvin Tomlinson is not your stereotypical jock. As a recruit in the class of 2012, Tomlinson had an academic scholarship from Harvard as well as an athletic scholarship from Alabama. He obviously chose the Crimson Tide, but that did not stop from making the most of his five years on a college campus.

Tomlinson already has a degree in finance and will get a second degree in financial planning next month. According to a Q&A posted by ESPN reporter Adam Schefter, New York Giants GM Jerry Reese, who picked Tomlinson at No. 55, has no interest in the newcomer’s degrees.

Welcome to the Big Apple, Dalvin.
