Tiger Trickeration: Jarvis Landry connects with Odell Beckham on beautiful TD pass
Former LSU wideouts Jarvis Landry and Odell Beckham Jr. make up one of the most talented wide receiving duos in the NFL.
Early in Sunday’s matchup against the Cowboys, the pair showed they can do more than just be good receiving options for quarterback Baker Mayfield. Landry showed off his arm with a 37-yard touchdown pass to Beckham on a well-designed trick play by the Browns.
It is a well-publicized fact that the former LSU teammates have great chemistry on and off the field, but this is the first time they have connected on a touchdown pass between the two of them.
Landry was on the money with the throw, and the sure-handed Beckham made no mistake to give the Browns the lead. It’s not the first time Landry has been asked to throw the football for the Browns, in fact, he has connected on both of his pass attempts this season for a total of 100 yards and a score.
That has to be an enjoyable watch for LSU fans.
