The 2018 college football season isn’t even underway yet, but scouts at the next level are already thinking about the names they might be interested in during the 2019 NFL Draft.
NFL.com analysts Bucky Brooks and Daniel Jeremiah put together their respective lists of the top 25 college prospects to watch headed into the season. A total of 11 names from the SEC made their combined list, and it reads like an all-star team expected to have a significant impact across the conference in 2018.
Six different SEC teams have players on the list including Georgia, Alabama, LSU, Auburn, Ole Miss and Mizzou. Alabama defensive lineman Raekwon Davis tops the list of SEC players at No. 5, while the top offensive SEC prospect is Rebels’ offensive tackle Greg Little.
