We still have to play the entire 2018 season, but that doesn’t mean we can’t start looking ahead (at least a little bit) to the 2019 NFL Draft.
As is usually the case, the SEC has plenty of elite talent and will have a few athletes in the mix to be the No. 1 overall selection.
In fact, of all players in college, Mizzou QB Drew Lock has the best odds to be the top pick, per BetDSI.com. As you can see below, Lock has +300 odds of being the first pick, followed by Auburn QB Jarrett Stidham at +420. Ole Miss OL Greg Little (+1,000) and Alabama DL Raekwon Davis (+2,500) are also listed:
- Drew Lock +300
- Jarrett Stidham +420
- Ed Oliver +550
- Justin Herbert +550
- Nick Bosa +850
- Greg Little +1000
- Dexter Lawrence +1200
- Will Grier +2500
- Shea Patterson +2500
- Clelin Ferrell +2500
- Raekwon Davis +2500
- Christian Wilkins +5000
- David Edwards +5000
- Field (Any other player) +150
Obviously, a lot of the draft order will depend on which team is drafting where. But, for now, this gives a good look at who NFL teams like heading into the 2018 campaign.
