Mac Jones going to continue his rise up the NFL Draft board? Charles Davis explains why he thinks it could happen
There may not be a prospect in the 2021 NFL Draft that has seen their stock rise more in a year’s time than Mac Jones.
The way NFL analyst Charles Davis tells it, Jones’ stock may not be done rising, either.
The quarterback of the reigning national champions looked to have climbed his way into first round discussion after throwing for 4,500 yards with 41 touchdowns and just four interceptions last season but Jones could now eventually be taken in the top 10, according to Davis.
During a recent appearance on The Pat McAfee Show, Davis and McAfee had a discussion regarding Jones possessing both the physical traits and the knowledge of professional offenses, which creates a rare combination that NFL teams that don’t have a quarterback are desperate to add each offseason.
