Former LSU DB Jamal Adams was fined $9,115 by the NFL for taunting, according to Ralph Vacchiano of SNY.

The Jets rookie arrived late on a play and jumped over an already sacked Jay Cutler and then celebrated by staring at Cutler and yelling at him. His actions drew a penalty and a fine.

Adams finished the game with two tackles for loss, a sack and a pass breakup against the Dolphins.

The Jets selected Adams as the No. 6 overall pick this past spring.

Adams wasn’t the only former LSU player to get slapped with a fine over the weekend. WR Odell Beckham was fined $12,154 for his inappropriate TD celebration in which he pretended to be a dog urinating on the field.
