Jonathan Allen has been a force on Alabama’s defensive front, and NFL experts are beginning to take notice.

NFL Network analyst Daniel Jeremiah, a reputable and reliable source in the field, had some strong comments about Allen, who has already racked up 35 tackles (6.5 for loss) and six sacks in eight games this season. When he watches Allen on film, he sees a “quicker” Ndamukong Suh.

The same player that was selected No. 2 in the 2010 NFL Draft and has already been named to four Pro Bowls.

Allen, who stands at 6-foot-3, 290 pounds, currently ranks as the No. 6 overall prospect for the 2017 draft and is the “most NFL ready” out of any other eligible defensive linemen, according to Bleacher Report’s Matt Miller.

CBS Sports expects Allen to be off the board within the first few picks of the first round come next April’s draft.
