One of the scarier moments of the Alabama-Texas A&M came when Crimson Tide LB Dylan Moses ran into a wall out of bounds while chasing down a ball in pass coverage.
Luckily, Moses and the stadium security worked he took out were not seriously injured, as the CBS broadcast relayed later in the game.
Still, the safety issue concerns UA coach Nick Saban. He spoke about possible changes to Bryant-Denny Stadium during his Monday press conference.
“We’re addressing that,” Saban said. “They’re going to try to do some stuff to the stadium there to shave that little corner off a little bit and pad it up a little better. That was something that after being here all these years, I never even noticed that until that play. That’s definitely something that we are addressing.”
The next game at Bryant-Denny Stadium is Saturday Sept. 29 as the Louisiana-Lafayette Ragin’ Cajuns, coached by former Alabama assistant Billy Napier, come to Tuscaloosa to face the No. 1 Crimson Tide (4-0, 2-0 SEC).
Dylan Moses smashed right into the wall near the end-zone and took out a stadium worker.
I hate stadiums that have walls that close to the field. pic.twitter.com/oN0mF6B6jQ
