Alabama coach Nick Saban updated the injury statuses of linebacker Reuben Foster and offensive lineman Alphonse Taylor, both of whom suffered concussions during Saturday’s 49-30 win over Arkansas, during his press conference Wednesday.
Saban said Foster returned to practice, while Taylor sat out and is “pretty questionable” for this week’s game at Tennessee.

Saban noted that he won’t decide whether either player is active, rather it will be up to the team doctors.
“I have never made a decision on whether a player does or does not play. I have too much respect for a guy and his future to put him out there when he’s not ready.”
Foster leads the Tide with 37 tackles, including 2.5 tackles for loss and an assisted sack. The senior is a two-year starter at inside linebacker who was second on the team with 73 tackles in 2015.
Taylor has started in 21 consecutive games for the Tide at right guard. He was one of the key contributors to an offensive line that helped Alabama rank No. 32 nationally in rushing yards per game and helped Derrick Henry win the Heisman Trophy.
