Social media reacts to rough first half for Georgia against Texas

The Georgia Bulldogs better get things into gear, or it is in danger of getting beat by Texas.
The Longhorns are handling the Bulldogs 20-7 at halftime. It looked early on as if the Bulldogs were completely disinterested in competing in the Sugar Bowl, but the Dawgs finally got on the board with a TD in the second quarter.
The Bulldogs have made some bone-headed mistakes, including a fumble that resulted in a Texas TD and two special teams mistakes. Georgia has just 29 yards rushing through two quarters.

Of course, there’s plenty of time for Georgia to get it together, but the way Texas is playing, it will certainly be very tough.

Georgia looks like it spent the last month planning tweets about the CFP “snub” instead of focusing on Texas. This Sugar Bowl feels like Alabama-Oklahoma Sugar Bowl after the Kick Six in 2013.

Georgia had just 108 yards, its season-low for a first half.
Texas has 178 yards and five of of its six possessions have been into Georgia territory.
