Editor’s note: Ole Miss has officially ruled Robert Nkemdiche out for the game with a concussion.

Ole Miss standout defensive tackle Robert Nkemdiche suffered a head injury while running the football on a short yardage play Saturday, leading many to wonder whether he should be used in such situations.

Nkemdiche is no stranger to playing offense. Earlier this season he caught a touchdown pass.

He was hurt Saturday while stuffed on a 3rd-and-1 play at the Memphis 10-yard line. ESPN reported he is questionable to return.
