The No. 2 overall player in the 2024 cycle, Desmond Ricks, has narrowed his sparse list of offers down to 10.
And the SEC is full of representation on the list. Alabama, Florida, Texas A&M and LSU cracked the cornerback’s top 10, which he released Saturday evening.

The IMG Academy standout from Bradenton, Florida is the No. 2 player in the 2024 cycle and No. 1 player from the talent-rich Sunshine State. He is second to only Ohio State quarterback commit Dylan Raiola.
247 Sports considered Ricks to be a heavy Florida State lean but the Seminoles did not crack Ricks’ top 10. There is still plenty of time for the 4 SEC programs to lobby for his talents. 247 Sports analyst Andrew Ivins considers Ricks to have the highest ceiling in the 2024 cycle.
