Apparently an unblemished record in the SEC is no longer enough for Kirk Herbstreit.
Taking into account Florida State’s come-from-behind road win at Louisville on Thursday night, the ESPN analyst now lists the defending national champion Seminoles as the best team in college football, followed by Mississippi State, Auburn and Oregon.
Auburn engineered one of Week 10’s best wins, hanging on to beat Ole Miss in Oxford, 35-31. It was a matchup of one-loss College Football Playoff contenders and the Tigers prevailed.
