Central Michigan and Northern Illinois combined for one of the craziest plays you’ll ever see during Saturday’s game.
When a receiver and defender have simultaneous possession of the ball, the catch is usually awarded to the receiver.
But what about when a receiver and TWO defenders catch the same pass? Take a look below at what happened on Saturday:

The catch was awarded to the Central Michigan receiver, who celebrated his wild first down.
