Oklahoma football added a commitment from Class of 2024 blue chip recruit James Nesta Tuesday.
Nesta, a 4-star linebacker out of Cornelius, North Carolina, represents Oklahoma’s 7th commitment of the 2024 cycle. He’s also the Sooners’ first LB commit in the class.
And he’s a dang good one, too. Nesta stands at 6-4, 230 pound and finished his junior season with over 40 tackles, 13 tackles for loss and a forced fumble. He chose the Sooners over offers from NC State and Miami, among others.
