Oklahoma freshman, 4-star DL, announces entry into transfer portal

Oklahoma football freshman Derrick LeBlanc made the decision to enter the transfer portal Monday. LeBlanc committed to Oklahoma in June of 2022 and signed with the Sooners during the Early Signing Period.
Of course, LeBlanc has yet to play a snap of college football and had joined the Sooners as a mid-year enrollee. He now exits a Sooners class that ranks within the top 5 of the 2023 composite team rankings.

LeBlanc is rated as the No. 34 defensive lineman and No. 46 overall player out of Florida in the Class of 2023 per 247Sports.
