Oklahoma offensive lineman Aaryn Parks has entered the transfer portal, according to a report.

That’s per On3’s Matt Zenitz, who notes that Parks was a blue-chip prospect for the Sooners in the 2020 recruiting class.

Parks was primarily a reserve offensive tackle for the Sooners during his 3 years with the program. He played in 5 games last season, including in OU’s Cheez-It Bowl loss to Florida State.

He was a 4-star prospect and the No. 205 overall player in the country for the class of 2020, per 247Sports Composite rankings. He’s listed at 6-foot-4, 300 pounds.

Parks will have 3 years of eligibility at his next destination.

Parks was expected to serve in a backup role again in 2023. Walter Rouse and Tyler Guyton are currently expected to be Oklahoma’s starting offensive tackles this upcoming season.

Oklahoma’s other backup options along the offensive line include Jacob Sexton and 4-star freshman Cayden Green.
