Ole Miss football and baseball player Tywone Malone entered his name into the NCAA Transfer Portal Wednesday morning.
Malone, a former top-100 recruit, has made a significant impact on both the gridiron and baseball diamond. The sophomore DL played in 13 games for the Rebels last year, totaling 10 tackles and 1 sack.
He also spent time as Ole Miss’ DH on the diamond and has hit 1 home run in 6 games for the reigning national champs this season. In 2022, Malone hit .444 with 2 home runs.
