Trailing 30-0 in the fourth quarter of Saturday’s game in Fayetteville, Ole Miss linebacker Serderius Bryant let his frustrations get the best of him in a pile to recover a fumbled snap by Arkansas quarterback Austin Allen.

Bryant was apparently unhappy over something Arkansas offensive lineman Denver Kirkland said or did in the pile, inspiring him to throw a punch at Kirkland’s helmet following the play.

Both players had to be separated after the punch was thrown, and although no flags were thrown at the time the SEC could still review the play this week and hand down punishments to Bryant and/or Kirkland before next weekend’s action.
