In 2014, Cody Prewitt made headlines ahead of the Ole Miss-Alabama game. Then a safety for the Rebels, Prewitt wasn’t afraid to say, “we don’t really think Bama is as good as they have been” before the teams would meet in Oxford.

The comment was labeled as bulletin board material, but Prewitt and company backed up the talk, pulling off a 23-17 upset of Alabama.

With undefeated Alabama coming to Oxford, and Lane Kiffin returning the rivalry, Prewitt is back to narrate Ole Miss’ Week 3 hype video.

The intense clip has it all: Paul Finebaum predicting Kiffin will be the first Saban disciple to beat his former boss, Ole Miss highlights from seasons past and present and, of course, Katy Perry.

The GameDay crew won’t be in Oxford this time, but Prewitt and Rebels everywhere are just as excited to face the Crimson Tide as they were in 2014.
