The Ole Miss video and social media teams are off to an excellent start to the 2021 college football season.

On Friday, Ole Miss football’s official Twitter tweeted “We love Louisville” as the caption accompanying a video of various Rebels players from Louisville talking about how much they love their hometown.

The players talk about how much they love the people, the food and the culture of Louisville. They also don’t like hearing “Louisville” pronounced the wrong way. It’s after that the apparent classy gesture to the Louisville Cardinals ahead of Monday’s game in Atlanta is actually a well-played troll. The Rebels players are talking about Louisville, Mississippi, not the city in Kentucky.
