Ole Miss is coming off a sensational weekend as the Rebels knocked off LSU 24-19 in one of its biggest wins to date under Lane Kiffin. Quarterback Trinidad Chambliss continued his torrid play, as he finished with 385 total yards of offense in the win.
Those types of performances are always going to make your fans happy, but recruits are going to start to take notice, too.
That includes 4-star cornerback Dorian Barney, who announced Sunday night he is committing to Ole Miss. He was previously committed to Michigan, but will now be enrolling in Oxford.
Barney also had offers from other schools like Texas A&M, Georgia Tech and Penn State interested in him.
According to the 247Sports Composite Rankings, Barney is a 4-star prospect and ranked No. 228 in the country. He is the No. 22 cornerback in the class, and the No. 28 player from the state of Georgia.
With his commitment, the Ole Miss currently has the No. 20 class in the country. The Early Signing Period for the class of 2026 is set for December.
