Ole Miss just made a big-time addition to its 2025 recruiting class.
The Rebels have earned a commitment from 4-star running back Shekai Mills-Knight. He chose Ole Miss over programs such as Alabama, Auburn, Tennessee and numerous other potential landing spots.

Mills-Knight is a massive addition for Ole Miss in this cycle. He’s the No. 252 overall player and the No. 17 running back in the country for the class of 2025, per 247Sports Composite rankings. He’s also the No. 6 player from the state of Tennessee.
He attends Baylor School in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He’s listed at 6-foot-1, 217pounds.
Ole Miss has had success recruiting in the Volunteer State over the past couple of cycles. The Rebels signed 2 players from Tennessee in 2024 and 1 in the 2023 class. So far, Mills-Knight is the first Tennessee native to commit to Ole Miss in the 2025 cycle.
Ole Miss is now up to 15 total commits in the class of 2025, including 8 who are consensus blue-chip prospects. The class sits at No. 32 nationally, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
