Ole Miss sets uniform combination for Week 5 matchup vs. Kentucky

Ole Miss is gearing up for Week 5 of the season with a serious shot to get to 5-0 on the year. The matchup also comes against Kentucky in the SEC opener as the Rebels embark on 8 straight games against league opponents.
While the full SEC schedule contains some elite matchups for Ole Miss, this Saturday is not expected to be one, especially at home. ESPN’s Football Power Index is giving Ole Miss a 90.5% chance of walking away with a win, and the uniform combination for Ole Miss was dropped on Thursday.
For the 4th home game of the season, Lane Kiffin and Ole Miss will line up with their powder blue uniforms, complete with a powder blue helmet featuring red lettering and accents. The pants will be white, providing a nice contrast for the powder blue jersey.

While Ole Miss has not faced a brutal schedule, the Rebels are lighting up the country in brilliant fashion to start the season. Ole Miss has scored at least 40 points in every game and 50+ points 3 times while leading the country with 55 points per game.
Quarterback Jaxson Dart is a major piece to the puzzle as he leads the country with 388.5 passing yards per game — around 30 yards higher than the next closest player — and ranks tied for 4th in the country with 12 passing touchdowns. We’ll see how he adds to those numbers vs. the Wildcats.
