Ole Miss tumbles in polls following loss to LSU

In an ending one could only hope to script, Ole Miss fell on the road to LSU in Death Valley Saturday night.

Following the loss, the Rebels fell in both the Amway Coaches Poll and Associate Press Top 25.

Hugh Freeze’s team fell six spots to No. 9 in the latest Coaches Poll, the biggest fall of any team in the Top 25. The Rebels sit between No. 8 Georgia and No. 10 TCU.

In the AP Top 25, Ole Miss fell four spots to No. 7. The Rebels are 66 points behind No. 6 Notre Dame.
