Owen Condon, Georgia transfer OL, announces commitment to AAC program

Owen Condon has found his new home. After 4 seasons at Georgia, Condon announced he has committed to continue his college football career at SMU.
Condon joined UGA as part of the class of 2018. Over his first 3 seasons (2018-20), he played in just 8 games, redshirting his first season on campus. This past season, Condon contributed to Georgia’s national championship season by appearing in 14-of-15 games as a reserve offensive lineman.

Georgia considered Condon a redshirt senior heading into the 2022 season. Condon, listed at 6-7, 310 pounds, could potentially return as a sixth-year senior in 2023 using the NCAA’s blanket waiver for the 2020 season.
Condon, an Oklahoma City native, entered the transfer portal on March 15.
