Bengals defensive back Pacman Jones has been handed a $35,000 fine from Roger Goodell for slamming Amari Cooper’s head into his helmet after removing it during Sunday’s game in Oakland:

Cooper says he didn’t expect an apology and had no problem with the dirty play when asked earlier this week.
“We were just playing physical,” Cooper said. “I should’ve been playing physical. Honestly, I didn’t even know I hit my head on the helmet.”
