Georgia and Alabama have cracked the top 5 for Florida prospect and 4-star edge rusher Damon Wilson.
Wilson will choose between the Bulldogs, Crimson Tide, Texas, Miami and Ohio State, On3 Sports reported Wednesday.
Wilson is considered to be the No. 48 overall prospect in the class of 2023, as well as the No. 7 edge rusher and the No. 13 player from the state of Florida.
VIP: Caught up this morning with Top247 pass rusher Damon Wilson, who broke down his top five. He’s a lock for the Freaks List. Not only has he benched 420 and squatted 570 this summer, but he has been doing construction demo after workouts. https://t.co/yPlriFyemT pic.twitter.com/Wrgsy2YnWf

Both Alabama and Georgia could use Wilson’s prowess on the line. Were he to pick either, he would be Alabama’s 3rd-highest rated and Georgia’s 2nd-highest rated commitments of each respective recruiting class.
Wilson stands at 6-foot-4, 230-pounds and hails from Venice High School in Florida.
