The Goose Creek, S.C. product has quite the recruiting history with South Carolina. He committed to the Gamecocks on Nov. 11, but backed off that pledge only days later saying he wanted to re-open his commitment.
Among junior college prospects, Kinlaw is rated the No. 1 strong-side defensive end and No. 14 overall JUCO recruit by 247Sports Composite. He played this past season at Jones County College in Mississippi.
