Paul Finebaum releases new top 6 rankings following Week 9 action

We are now nine weeks into the college football season, and that means the nation’s top teams are starting to separate themselves from the field.

On Sunday morning, SEC Network host Paul Finebaum updated his top 6 rankings and he included 3 SEC teams.

As you can see below, he has LSU at No. 2, Alabama at No. 3 and Florida at No. 6 in his Playoff picture:

Florida faces a tough test this weekend, playing against Georgia in Jacksonville. Then, on Nov. 9, Alabama and LSU will square off in Tuscaloosa.

Who will be in the first CFP rankings on Nov. 5? We’ll find out soon, but for now, this is a good look at how things currently stand.
