Many analysts rank the top college football teams in the country each week, and SEC Network’s Paul Finebaum is no different.

On Wednesday, Finebaum revealed his “Finebaum’s Five” after Week 1 during his appearance on “First Take” on ESPN. There weren’t any surprises in Finebaum’s top five as he stuck with powerhouse programs that notched wins to open the season.

Here’s Finebaum’s top five:

  1. Alabama
  2. Clemson
  3. Oklahoma
  4. Ohio State
  5. Georgia

It’s worth noting that Finebaum has Georgia ranked lower than the AP Top 25 poll. The Bulldogs, who are ranked No. 3 in the AP poll, come in at No. 5 on Finebaum’s rankings.

Finebaum omitted Wisconsin from his top five. The Badgers are ranked No. 5 in the AP poll. Instead of Wisconsin, Finebaum included Oklahoma (which is ranked No. 6 in AP poll) in his top five at No. 3.
