Paul Finebaum emphatically shared his pick to win the national championship on Saturday morning.
While appearing on SEC Nation, Finebaum made it known that the Georgia Bulldogs should be considered the favorites until proven otherwise.
“Georgia doesn’t have one blanking thing to prove. … They’ll win the national championship again in January,” declared Finebaum.

“This narrative about Georgia is insane,” proclaimed the veteran analyst. “They win games.” Finebaum noted that the Bulldogs “are just mowing their way through the season,” to massive cheers from the fans in attendance.
Like Finebaum frequently notes, you can only play against the teams on your schedule. The Bulldogs have gotten through their schedule fairly easily thus far, save for a scare at Auburn in Week 5.
The Bulldogs are 5-0 overall and 2-0 in the SEC. In Week 6, the team will have a tough test against the undefeated Kentucky Wildcats in Athens. After the Wildcats, the Bulldogs have 3 more SEC East games consecutively- at Vanderbilt, home against Florida, and home against Missouri.
If the Bulldogs get through this stretch unscathed, they will certainly be on track to three-peating as national champions.
