Peyton Manning continues to thrive in life after football.
The two-time Super Bowl winner will co-host the CMA Awards with Luke Bryan on Nov. 9.
Manning, who was enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2021, has some experience as an awards shot host. The former Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos quarterback hosted the ESPYs Award show in 2017.

That show was notable for Manning’s joke that got a famous glare from NBA stars Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook.
Expect more jokes to fly when Manning hosts the CMA. Manning spends a lot of his time these days chiding another country music singer, Brad Paisley, in a series of hilarious commercials for Nationwide Insurance.
Manning retired from the NFL after the 2015 season in which he helped the Broncos win Super Bowl 50, his second championship. He threw for 71,940 yards and 539 touchdowns in the league. He was named MVP five times and First-team All-Pro on seven occasions. Manning is also a member of the NFL 2000s All-Decade Team.
Before his storied NFL career, Manning was the 1997 SEC Player of the Year and a consensus All-American for Tennessee. He threw for 11,201 yards and 89 touchdowns in four years at the program. Manning led the Volunteers to the SEC Championship in 1997.
