PFF (Pro Football Focus) released its picks for the 2022 SEC All-Defensive team Tuesday afternoon, including 12 players from 7 different programs.
Alabama had the most players included on the defensive All-SEC team with 3, followed by Georgia and LSU with 2 each. Mizzou, Arkansas, Texas A&M and Mississippi State each had one player on the list.
Here are the 2022 inclusions:

It’s pretty surprising that Chris Smith did not make this list, as well as star LSU freshman Harold Perkins. Perkins has some very tough competition with Sanders, but is probably a more complete player compared to Hopper, even as just a freshman.
Still, each player on this list is here for a reason.
