Pharoh Cooper has landed with a new NFL team only days after he was let go by the Arizona Cardinals.

The Cincinnati Bengals have signed Cooper to help fill the void left by A.J. Green being out with an injury, according to multiple reports, including Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk and Adam Schefter of ESPN.

Cooper made a name for himself two years ago when he averaged 27 yards per kickoff return, had three returns that went more than 40 yards, and added a TD. He played in just five games with the Rams in 2018.

Cooper shined with the Gamecocks in 2015 as he earned first-team All-SEC honors by the league’s coaches as both a wide receiver and as an all-purpose back, and was an AP first-team All-SEC wide receiver and a second-team all-purpose back.

He was the team’s leading receiver that season with 66 receptions for 973 yards as his 66 receptions were more than the rest of the team’s wide receivers combined total of 56.
