Photo: Citrus Bowl broadcast’s injury chart listed two players out with ‘gunshot wound’

Some absences are more excusable than others. For example, Louisville linebackers Henry Famurewa and James Hearns are officially listed as out for the Citrus Bowl against LSU after recently being shot in early December.
If being shot wasn’t bad enough, the ESPN/ABC broadcast made sure its nationally televised New Year’s Eve audience knew why both defenders would be out for the game, listing them both out with “gunshot wound” injuries in this graphic:

That’s a pretty rare injury report right there. Let’s hope 2017 goes better than 2016 did for both Louisville defenders.
