Photo: Country music star wears Fournette jersey after losing bet

Music fans in Baton Rouge, La. likely enjoyed seeing country singer Josh Abbott wear a Leonard Fournette jersey on stage. What the crowd probably didn’t know was the reason behind Abbott sporting the white No. 7 jersey.
SEC Network anchor Peter Burns tweeted a screencap of Abbott’s Instagram post and called it the result of a bet centered around the 2015 Texas Bowl. In the game on Dec. 29, the Tigers thumped Texas Tech – Abbott’s alma mater – 56-27. Fournette accounted for four touchdowns in the blowout LSU victory.
